How Do We Book?
Please Contact Me Via The Contact Form With Your Wedding Date, Location & Which Package You Would Like. I Will Confirm Availbility & Run Through The Next Steps Including Sending A Contract & Invoice To Secure The Date.

How Do We Get Our Videos?
Your Videos Will Be Delivered Using Google Drive Where You Can View, Share & Download.

How Long Till We Get Our Videos?
Up To 6 Weeks. Depending On How Busy I Am It May Take A Bit Longer. However I Usually Get The Edits Done Within 3 Weeks.

Do You Have A Drone?
Yes I Have The DJI Mini 4 Pro Drone. This Is Used For Establishing Shots Of The Venue. Please Note, The Use Of The Drone Is Weather Dependenet & Venue Permitting.

Do We Get A Pre Wedding Call?
Yes, We Can Schedule A Video Call When Booking Or Around A Month Before Your Wedding. We Will Run Through Plans & Timings For The Day & Any Questions You Want To Ask.

Do You Have Insurance?
Yes, Captured By Jack Is Fully Insured. My Insurance Covers Public Liability Up To £5,000,000, Which Is Perfect For Wedding Venues.

What If You Cant Make It?
If I Am Unable To Make Your Wedding Due To Circumstances Such As Illness, Your Deposit Will Be Fully Refunded To You & I Will Try To A Diffferent Videographer To Cover Your Day, Although This Cannot Be Guaranteed.
